David has been the go-to painter for our apartments and restaurant at Watsons Bay. He and his assistants at Pelican Painting have meticulously handled everything from roof painting, to treating and painting external rusted structural beams, to rectifying water-damaged walls and ceilings. David and his colleagues were able to skilfully deal with the wall and ceiling plaster repairs, the old water stains, and the damaged timber work.
